Happy Monday everyone! I hope you all had a great weekend. Mine was all about tidying up and packing my suitcase for out trip to Barcelona. Most people hate packing their suitcases but as it is always connected to travelling I personally like it a lot. The anticipation grows and grows while packing and that’s definitely a positive feeling that I enjoy. However this time it was a bit tricky as we are allowed to have hand luggage only and this requires smart packing. But this always gives a good reason to plan each single outfit beforehand and that’s so much fun.
The Levi’s vintage denim shorts I am wearing in the photos will definitely be part of my Barcelona wardrobe as well. The weather forecast is great so I will have many opportunities to wear them. For these photos I combined the shorts with a white oversized shirt I found at TkMaxx and my new Sacha mules. The look is very simple and that’s the reason I like it so much. To complete the look I added some golden statement earrings. I haven’t been wearing earring for quite a while but when I saw these I had to have them. They are minimalistic and easy to combined but still have a huge effect on the outfit. Just how I like my earrings.

Einen schönen Montag, ihr Lieben! Hattet ihr alle ein schönes Wochenendes? Bei mir galt es dieses Wochenende die Wohnung auf Vordermann zu bringen und meinen Koffer für Barcelona zu packen. Im Gegensatz zu wahrscheinlich einem Großteil der Menschheit, liebe ich Kofferpacken, denn es bedeutet, dass es auf Reisen geht und was gibt es Schöneres? Mit Kofferpacken ist immer eine gewisse Vorfreude verbunden und das ist ein Gefühl, das ich nur zu gerne habe. Obwohl ich zugeben muss, dass es dieses Mal eine Herausforderung war, denn wir fliegen nur mit Handgepäck und das heißt, es muss mit Köpfchen gepackt werden. Jedes Outfit sollte vorher gut überlegt sein – challenge accepted!
Die lässigen Vintage Shorts von Levi’s die ich in diesem Outfit trage, sind auch im Koffer gelandet, denn die Wettervorhersage ist der Wahnsinn und das heißt die Shorts kommen sicherlich des Öfteren zum Einsatz. Für dieses Blogpost habe ich die Shorts mit einem weißen Hemd von The Kooples kombiniert, das ich bei TkMaxx gefunden habe und meinen neuen Sacha Mules. Entstanden ist ein sehr simpler Look und gerade deshalb mag ich ihn sehr. Damit das Outfit komplett wird, trage ich goldenen Statement-Ohrringe. Ich habe längere Zeit keine Ohrringe getragen und als ich dann diese entdeckt habe, musste ich sie einfach haben. Zwar sind sie minimalistisch und machen dennoch viel her, genau wie ich es mir von Ohrringen wünsche.
Jetzt entlasse ich euch aber erst einmal in die neue Woche und freue mich, wenn ihr unser Barcelona-Abenteuer hier auf dem Blog und auf Instagram mitverfolgt.
