Black with white Supergas

Don’t we all like combining black and white as we don’t have to worry about different shades of colours? There are so many bloggers who restrict their outfits and everything they post to black, white and maybe grey because of course it is much easier to make everything look clean and uniform. And even I cannot deny that I have loads of black clothes in my closet but sometimes I just have one of those days that you don’t want to make any decisions or just tapped snooze to often and for such days black clothes seem to save one’s life. Then I just grab whatever there is on the black stack of shirts, one piece of the black stack of trousers and put on my white Supergas. There is hardly anything you can do wrong then and a few days ago I had hardly any time left till I met Lisa to take pictures for this post and therefore did what I just explained and ready was this black and white outfit. And I really like the result because it shows exacty how you would meet me at work or meeting up with my friends in the city center.

I hope you like it!

Alex Chung for AG – The Honey Dress

Hi everyone, I hope you are having a great week! At the agency we have a lot of work to do but therefore I am even luckier that Lisa and I look some photos last week. As you might remember I showed you two of my favourite pieces of the Alexa Chung for AG collection a few weeks ago and now I want to show you another amazing piece designed by Alexa – the Honey dress. I always was unsure about the trend of shouder free top and dresses but this lovely jeans dress just convinced me. The denim is super smooth and I think it could be the perfect companion for warm summer days. Do you recognize the pouch in the pictures? It is the one I bought last summer in Barcelona and I thought it perfectly fits the style of the dress.

Talking of summer – do you have any suggestions which destination I could chose for this years summer holidays? I maybe wanted to go to Greece for a few days, to one of these little white and blue coast villages with their special atmosphere but did not make a choice, yet. Have you been to one which you would recommend?

I am looking forward to your comments!
xx Feli

Bohemian Summer

DSC_0046

Hi guys, I am so much enjoying spring in Munich. I love how everything finally turns green again! And I was finally able to wear my Mango sandals which I bought about two months ago. After having seen the beautiful Chloé sandals everywhere I just could not resist buying some similar shoes although by then it was still cold and rainy in Munich.

Do you remeber when I bought the MCM backpack for my birthday last year. I still absolutely love its timeless look and I am so much looking forward to the festival season here in Germany. We will again visit Southside in June and I can’t wait! Seeing all the Coachella pictures everywhere I am already mentally starting to pack my bags and today’s outfit might be part of my choice. The dress is not only super comfy but also has this festival charme due to the embroidery, doesn’t it?

Are you having any festival plans for 2015? Would be fun to meet you at Southside!
xx Feli

Metallic slippers and stripes

DSC_2732

Hi lovelies, for years and years sandals in Birkenstock for me have been something that only my mom wears when she is going outside into the garden and what those hippies people wear together with their batic harem pants. But the last year somehow changed my mind when the image of these shoes changed together with the design. New colours, shapes and materials transformed shoes in Bikerstock style into a trendy as well as comfortable solution for warmer days and a few days ago I found the perfect model for myself when I went into Mango and discovered these metal leather slippers. They still remind me a lot of my mom but somehow in a positive way because they remind me of my childhood when I slipped into hers with my much too small feet and joined her in the garden.

Maybe these shoes do not make your legs look super long or super tiny but who cares… And combined with my new Mango Premim stripes sweater and favourite AG jeans they might change into some of my favourite shoes. I love the straps with which you can easily change the length of the sleeves. I just love such details…

Do you like this rather simple look?
xx Feli

Leo Prints: Came to stay

DSC_2477

Hi my loves, how was your weekend? Mine was quite not really special. I just enjoyed the nice weather in Munich and haf fun seeing all the pictures of Coachella everyone uploaded on facebook, instagram and so on. I really would love to go there one day… Some friends and I are planning to go to Southside festival this year again as we had the best time last year seeing bands like Seed, Bastille and Macklemore & Ryan Lewis. Festivals just have this special atmosphere that I love so much and I can’t wait for this year’s Southside. I am already looking forward to showing you some festival looks soon!

Today’s look focuses on a trend we all have been knowing for a long long time and which is somehow neither leaving the shop windows not our closets – leo prints. A friend of mine always says “leo came to stay” and in my opinion she is absolutely right. The belt I am wearing is one I bought many years ago when I was about 13 years old and skinny enough that it fit around my hips. These times are over but I still like the belt and I thought it perfectly matches my Matthew Williamson bag which I by the way snatched at one of the many sample sales which take place every half year here in Munich. I love the pony hair mixed with the smooth leather and golden details. And altough it seems so small everything important fits inside.

Have a nice start into next week! And stay tuned – soon I will show you the new blog design! I can’t wait!
xx Feli

xx Feli

Black and Nude for Spring

Those first days of spring when it is not super cold anymore in the evenings are some of my favourites. After last week’s it feels so good to be able to leave the downcoats in the closets until winter for good. So now it’s definately time for spring colours and for me that does not neccessarily mean super colourful outfits but brighter colours than in winter. In Moday’s post I showed you my favourite spring coat and today I want to give you another rather chic example how to wear it.

I combined it with coated black pants and simple black sandals and chose a laser cut fake leather shirt of Zara. To add a bit colour to the look and avoid that it looks boring I put on red lipstick and chose a Clutch combining the other colours of the outfit: Nude, Black and Red. I really loved the light that afternoon when we took the pictures as all the colours look so smooth and the atmosphere in the pictures is somehow dreamy, doens’t it?

Did I tell you already why white nailpolish is my favourite at the moment? Well, although I am not tanned at all it somehow makes the skin look a bit more tanned than it actually is. And why shouldn’t we cheat a bit? 😉
xx Feli
